I haven't updated about my tv watching since before my daily Doctor Who rewatching hit the series' end just as the most recent season concluded in December. I decided to hold off going back to the beginning of Doctor Who till I had the software and hardware to transfer my VHS collection of PBS airings to electronic. Then I've never gotten that together. I'm rewatching the latest season weekly.
My summer SG-1 rewatch got as far as mid-third or -fourth season, derailed by the new tv season before I had to decide whether I was going to stop at season six, the point when we began watching during original run. I started Clone Wars and I'm about half a dozen episodes in after about half a dozen weeks.
I was watching Daredevil but I realized I didn't care enough about how it ended not to skip from episode three to the end. I did kinda want to see the Punisher's trial scenes so I found out which episodes they're in and I'll go back.
In terms of current tv, how caught up I am at Hulu depends on whether it's an overtime month at work. Also in the fall I looked at several of my longtime favorites and realized I've satisfied my appetite for them. So there are three or four shows I make a point of watching the day after airing, and four or six shows I allow to accrue on my queue where they sit for a week or three.
I wrote here, at the time, of disappointment that my first viewing of the Doctor Who Christmas special The Husbands of River Song didn't affect me more due to associations with my late wife. But the second viewing went more as I'd expected.
