He recommended Immodium and gave me a suggested diet (which doesn't include pudding because it has milk in it) which offers a few more options especially for when I feel ready to progress to more solid foods. He also says that something like this runs six to seven days. I emailed work to say I wouldn't be in the rest of the week.
- Tue, 16:45: Pulled up to my laundromat and THE PARKING LOT WAS EMPTY. So was the store, but it was unlocked. Bit of a scare there.

Jun. 14th, 2016 06:15 pmI'm better today but not as better as I expected. Applesauce was coming through solid but was leaving me hungry. I tried jello and pudding but they came through fluid. No more nausea or lightheadedness! But I can't trust my digestive system for half the distance to the bathroom and had to take measures. It was worse in the early afternoon today than now but I expect to miss work again tomorrow (the distance to the restroom there is much greater) and, barring a profound further reversal of symptoms before midafternoon, to call to see my doctor after all.
- Mon, 19:07: The applesauce is staying down and even proceeding normally from there.
- Mon, 19:07: I don't believe I need to see the doctor tomorrow, and may go into work without committing to a full day.
- Tue, 10:21: Another night of 12 hours of sleep. I think I'll be back to normal tomorrow.

- Sun, 18:32: ER doctor said it's a stomach virus, cuz what those do is clear the intestine of what digests fluids, hence the fluids exiting other ways.
- Sun, 18:32: They gave me two bags of IV rehydration stuff and a Rx for an anti-nauseant. If I'm not better by tomorrow I'm to see my doctor Tuesday.
