Am I wrong, or is @Paul_Cornell the only person ever to have written both Superman and the Doctor professionally?

If writing the DWM comic counts, there's a few more: Grant Morrison, most famously. Dan Abnett & Andy Lanning have done a few issues of Superman, too.
