Thanks for the heart attack link, and for reblogging it. Besides, men can have unintuitive symptoms too!

Also, a writer could find ways around "you can't show a topless woman on TV" and still do the scene EMT: Hurry, take her shirt off! And then don't show the nudity. Or blur where it would be, the way reality medical shows do it. It's a lousy excuse.
