GARP

This isn't actually a standalone gag. It's a page from the 2003 story The Circle of Time in which I essentially capped off all the unanswered questions left by my fanfiction since 1997. Each page consisted of a vertical comic strip on the left set in the contemporary continuity of Doctor Who and Enterprise containing the actual plot of the story, and a vertical comic strip on the right depicting the Doctor's final (yes, female) incarnation going around the universe saying goodbye to all the crossover friends I'd ever given her. The five people captured by Romulans in the left strip are Wilson (the commander of Daniels' time corps), T'Pol, Archer, Kirk, and the Doctor₈. That's rather a lot of annotation for a GARP. But the right strip is topical.
