Glad surgery went well. When do the take-no-prisoners chemicals start going in?

We don't have a chemo schedule yet. The oncologist was only 95% certain that the nodes in the lung are the same cancer as last year's lumpectomy, and he wants to be 100% sure before he decides which take-no-prisoners chemicals to use, and those results take two weeks.
