That's cool. We've never met in the Flesh World. I found you through Arthur: King of Time and Space. We became LJ friends when I discovered that you were on LJ and read The Ferrett, too.

Just for you edification, my fandoms are Star Trek (everything but Enterprise and maybe Voyager), Doctor Who, Lord of the Rings, and Firefly. I have watched Battlestar Galactica, Buffy, Angel, and Dark Angel.

Icon: Why a duck?

That's because I've been following you around. :)
(I have a smattering of many fandoms, but the only one I speak natively is Doctor Who.)

The duck icon is a by-product of my occasional attempts to come up with a suitable picture of Donald the Duck for the Profun Hoedown cast pages. (I don't know how visible it is after being scanned and resized, but in the original he has a cheeky expression that gives him a marked resemblance to the Donald in my head, despite his plumage being entirely the wrong colour.) It was something I was actively working on when I first signed up to LJ, and most of my initial friendslist were Hoedowners, so it seemed appropriate.
