Date: 2011-10-20 12:37 am (UTC)This is the Blastr article where I read about it. It links to this Blastr article reposting that Ritchie will be directing an Arthurian project, quoting an IESB.net article and citing Ellis' involvement in the quotation. The IESB.net link in the latter Blastr article is a dead link, but there's also a link to the Pajiba artcile than announced Ritchie's involvement, which in turn links to Ellis' blog post in which he announces he's working on a treatment.

Date: 2011-10-20 01:25 am (UTC)Based off the fidelity of the Sherlock Holmes movie (in terms of what ACD actually wrote, as opposed to what a lot of people seem to think he wrote) I'm optimistic that this will be recognisably arthurian as well as enjoyable.
