I'm excited about the same day digital delivery. I'll finally start buying comics again (stopped about 5 years for monetary reasons then became because I didn't want to store longboxes anymore), assuming of course it's not cost prohibitive.

I don't believe in the DC universe reboot. Geoff Johns is scattering plot threads left, right and centre. Grant Morrison is maybe three-quarters of the way through the longest Batman story arc in history. An anthology miniseries just ended with two cliffhangers and the assurance they'd be picked up on in one of the October relaunches.

None of this feels like anything approaching a deck-clearing exercise. JMS's Wonder Woman, and possibly his Superman, are perfectly set up to be retconned into oblivion, but nothing else is.

I still don't know who River Song is. The episode that presumably tells us doesn't air here until next week. From past experience I wouldn't be surprised if somebody tells me before I get to see the episode, but it won't be because I wanted them to.
