Unsolicitated proofreading: Looks like there's a word missing in 12/8, 2nd panel. "This huge knight in green appeared", I presume.

ObGreenKnight: I'm not too familiar with most of the old stories (as opposed to Camelot 3000 and Fables and such), but thanks to Tolkien's Sir Gawain and the Green Knight, I actually know this one. Or at least, knew it. It's been a while. ;-)
