• 06:27:57: Was good and went to bed at 22:00 last night. Then the phone rang at 22:15 and I was insomniac till 00:00 or 01:00.
  
• 07:47:36: Clouds outside this window are moving as fast as in a Spielberg movie.
  
• 09:09:41: Coworker brought donuts. My dilemma: I don't like pop with something sweet, but milk'd put me to sleep.

• 16:32:39: There was a quick power outage and the cable box doesn't work, I'm informed. Now, the cable/internet's fine. This bodes ill methinks.
  
• 16:33:13: It powers on but no picture reaches the tv nor sound reaches the tuner.
  
• 16:34:11: Tried unplugging and replugging already.
  
• 16:34:15: Will let the internet stew on this while I run an errand.
  
• 18:33:44: I was told the cable box was out. The Cox CSR was ready to send a tech when we saw the DVD player had just never been powered back on.
