scarfman: (me)

I woke up this morning in the universe where Al Gore was elected President in 2000. There are flying cars and personal jet packs. Internet/phone/tv is on full sensory VR headsets. Everyone has robot servants. Dogs and cats are lobbying for civil rights. At least I think that's what they want; I don't understand the language here. Daniel Radcliff quit the lead in Doctor Who last year and Helen Mirren is wrapping up shooting for this year.

You gave me my first laugh of the day - thank you! A very wistful laugh, mind, but a laugh. Here - would you like this Internetz?

Remember when the big tip-off for being in an alternate universe used to be the President of the United States not being a white man?

Let me guess . . . in Daniel Radcliff's final DW episode, Rupert Grint was The Master, and Emma Watson was The Rani. Right?

I like some of this future. No robots for me though, and DanRad is a bit too young for the role. :)
