In Utopia, when explaining to Jack why Jack's immortal, the Doctor tells Jack Rose did it when she'd taken the Vortex in, in Parting of the Ways. The Doctor doesn't tell Jack that he rescued Rose by sucking the Vortex into himself. The characters are beyond the fourth wall in the cartoon, so Jack can know that anyway; but I figure the reason the Doctor doesn't say anything about sucking the Vortex out of Rose in Utopia (not that he'd tell anyone anyway) is that he doesn't remember himself.

Yeah, I remembered that- but I didn't remember the Doctor saying anything about a Time Lord becoming a vengeful god if s/he absorbed the Vortex.
