"Here, try this: Go here. Make the range of dates November 12, 2005 through today (whatever 'today' is when you read this). Take the random date you get, and then find the corresponding entry in my journal (this will help).

"Read the entry for that date. If there isn't one, find the nearest one (forward or backward, up to you) and read it. If it's long, read the whole thing. Then comment. Even if the comment is 'I read this,' that counts, but see if anything flips your interest. Bonus points for asking a question.

"Then (you got it!) repost this in your journal, though obviously you'll need to change the range of dates.

"Go!"
