It's a short story in a collection qtrhorserider has somewhere. It's set in a men's room. I think the plot is that the vampire (first person POV) rescues Harpo from some gangsters who've mistaken him for Chico and are after a gambling debt. I picked this vampire because I vaguely remember that in this story vampirism isn't as crippling (daylight and garlic restrictions etc.) as in most fiction. And also because I too have read Harpo Speaks!.
