Oh, and I subscribe to the definition of drabble that it's 100 words.

That's from the short Back to the Future crossover, whose title I can't remember. Here it is, it's called Back To Back To .... A sentence that didn't describe the overall plot might have been more of a stumper, but if you like you can demand a drabble on the basis that I couldn't remember the title. Also, I don't think I'd've remembered that was on the index, but there's so little on that index with Peri in it (as opposed to the list of stories I've circulated privately).

Hmm, well I never pass up the chance for a drabble, but since I only fractionally stumped you, I'll make it easy. Henry Blake says something that genuinely surprises the Doctor (#9, if he fits inot your M*A*S*H/DW storyline anywhere).

I've followed this meme all over the place, but this is the first time I've stumped anyone :) I'd do it myself, but I've only posted four stories, so it doesn't really seem fair.

As for the drabble: Tosh and the Doctor, on their first trip in the TARDIS. (I love requesting those two together :) )

I ended up writing it today. It's inobviously (except that I labeled it) a sequel to the story you stumped me with. And while I was writing it I started a third story in my head, now mostly typed up, of what would definitely be a series of stories totally 'shipping the Doctor and Peri. It's not like I haven't 'shipped them before, if on Usenet and on the near side of the fourth wall; but 'shipping behind the fourth wall isn't something I've ever done before in a fandom anyone cares about (Star Trek: Enterprise).

I just read (and commented on) the fic, which was excellent. And I'm glad it seems to have spawned yet more fic, both because I really love your fanfic and because I love Six/Peri and wish there was more quality fic for the pairing. I'm having a look at the stories at the other link you gave me right now.
