Writer's Block: Spoilers Below the Cut

In 1984 I bought the Search for Spock soundtrack album some days before the film premiered. I chanced to mention to
daisy_knotwise and
whl that one track was interestingly titled "Stealing the Enterprise".
whl mistakenly took the comment as one of interest in spoilers, and summarized the plot of the film for me in about ten words before I could stop him.
It hasn't stopped that track from becoming my favorite in the annals of Star Trek movie music. Or perhaps, subconsciously and perversely, that's why it is.

Date: 2009-01-31 04:18 am (UTC)Ah. I hadn't noticed that the canned post subject title advertised a cut. Anyway I didn't think I was spoiling anything: I didn't repeat anything that hadn't been available as a soundtrack album track title days before the movie was released, and because, dude, twenty-five year old movie.
