I'm thankful for my wife, and my kids, and my cartoons. I'm thankful for the internet because there's no sf fandom in my town. I'm learning to appreciate this LJ thing too.

hehehe. I don't think there's a scifi fandom in *any* town under a million people. I've just gotten used to driving for several hours to get to events.
