After two nights in a row of not getting to bed until five hours before when I get up on a work day and both nights spending an hour with early morning insomnia from post-nasal-drip-induced coughing fits, I elected to use today the eight hours of sick time accrued at the turn of the year at the job that's going away in the first week of March. Now I've slept in, checked email, read my morning webcomics, and caught up with my flist, and I have to decide what I'm going to do with the day.

Some jobhunting would be smart. Yesterday qtrhorserider and I decided it might be appropriate for some of the semester's student loan money to replace the ten-year-old laptop I use. There's an AKOTAS gag I haven't used all week because it still needs more mental flogging into shape, one I don't want to let go because minor arc gags are thin on the ground. There are two fanfiction gags I wanted to knock out yesterday that I didn't because classes started. The Wild Wild West movie is on the DVR.
