If you read this, if your eyes are passing over this right now, (even if we don't speak often or ever) please post a comment with a COMPLETELY MADE UP AND FICTIONAL memory of you and me.

It can be anything you want - good or bad - BUT IT HAS TO BE FAKE.

When you're finished, post this little paragraph in your LJ and see what your friends come up with.

Remember that time we stood on the battle bridge of the Enterprise, and I got to navigate, and Picard let you pretend to be the captain for a bit? "Make it so."

I'll never forget that peptalk you gave me just before the "Motorcycles Across The Americas" tour from Edmonton, Alberta to Ushuaia, Argentina: "If you can't Rock On, you might as well give up the mortal whatsit. Groove, kid, Groove."

Well, there was the time that you and I and William Henry were playing on the lake shore rocks in the park at the end of Main St and we used your dr. Who Scarf to rescue that kid that fell through the ice...

I still remember the time we were wandering around LA and found the Blue Police Box sitting among the garbage in that alley. It's too bad neither of us remembered our cameras on that walk especially since it seemed to have disappeared when we came back later to get pictures.

Well, there was that time with the identical triplet majorettes . . .

We argued over the last slice of pizza; I still say it was mine.

Remember that time you and me stole a time machine, traveled back to 8th century Britain and spent two weeks wandering around asking people if Artorius ruled their particular valley? I got bit by so many different things on that trip.

I remember running into you in the halls of World Science Fiction Convention 2006. We both had Doctor Who costumes on. I asked you to come outside and take some pictures under the palm trees. We got to talking, and I realized you were one of my favorite webcomic artists!

I always fondly think of when we "borrowed" that time machine from the institute and accidentally changed history for a while so that Gary Burghoff was President and David Tennant was the new James Bond and MTV still played music. Too bad we had change it back, but at least the timecops let us off with a warning.

Awe, man. Our time together was so boring by comparison with those other posts. I went to Joe's Bar in Seacouver and watched him play, and you were there in the audience and we met. I offered to buy you a drink. But you only wanted the expensive stuff! And Joe finished his set, walked by and I offered him a Hershey's Kiss. But he didn't want chocolate. He kissed me on the cheek and went on and you said "So, are you ever going to wash that cheek?"

It really wasn't something... was it?

Well there was that time at Gallifrey after the big party while we were looking for the Green Room and went through the wrong door and discovered Guinan and 8 arguing with Bill & Ted over the improper use of their phonebooth while Data held them still. Since we were a trifle tipsy we *thought* it was just good costuming until we were accidentally transported and woke up a few centuries away from where we should have been. But we did get a lovely tour of that century and the trip back was *mostly* fun if you overlooked the occasional war, explosion, and waking up with Capt. Jack in your bed when you hadn't gone there with him the night before. I have to admit you took that so well! LOL! The only snag was that cartoon series that you wrote about all of it and tried to publish on the internet.. Whoo boy. They certainly came round for Tea and pictures of the trip fast then, didn't they?! But that's another story... ;)

My favorite is the time we stayed up 'till dawn making toast with cinnamon-sugar and reading old radio drama scripts in funny voices.
