Who's that the sheriff has in the clink? I don't recognize him offhand.

The likeness was meant to be of Bret Maverick (in the tradition of previous cameos in the western arc) but it didn't really worked.

I quite like how the bars came out though. They were added in postproduction.

OK.

It was the hair/hat combo that confused me. Maverick was my only guess, although I was wondering why he'd make the cameo.

Also, he wasn't smiling big enough. }:-{D

The only actual episode of Maverick I've seen was a Bart episode. Unless you count the 70s unsold pilot The New Maverick with Charles Frank. (Or the Mel Gibson movie.)

I watched the late 80s revival with Bret Maverick, starring James Garner. I don't think I've ever seen an ep of the 60s show.
