I voted. There was no independent candidate in the race where I wanted to vote against both the main candidates, so I didn't vote that race. Otherwise I voted against the name more familiar to me (i.e., against the bigger P.R. budget), or against the incumbent (on the throw the bums out principle) edit or against negative campaigns.
