Today we watched the DVRed Comedy Central roast of William Shatner. The two best lines, I think, came from Patton Oswalt, whose work previously I knew only second-hand.

To wrap up his routine Oswalt turned to Shatner and said, "I haven't really torn into you a lot. I really am a big fan. So before I go, there's one thing I want to ask you, to settle a bet ..." He took out a paper bag and said, "Would you act your way out of this, please?"

And, earlier Oswalt asked George Takei, "When you came out of the closet, did the doors go 'pssht - pssht'?"

Some of the extra scenes included a longer conversation between Doc Hopper and Max before they encountered Kermit and Fozzie in the rainbow-painted studebaker, Dr. Teeth mentioning Big Bird when he read the script, and an extra verse of I Hope That Something Better Comes Along. Also in this version of the film, the Muppets' conversations during the end credits can be heard more clearly. This version of the film was only released on video in the original UK video release."
