According to the user account stats screen, of the 50 meg free hosting with my user account where I've been keeping my fanfiction stories and cartoons for about ten years, 1.86 meg is left.
Originally it was 20 (actually, I think originally - i.e., about 1996-7 - it was 10). When I saw it had gone up, about 2003, I began adding all active Daily cartoons to it, instead of rerunning them ten a week in chronological order. I think I had more room left in 2003.
Because I started it ten years ago, and because its mission has been modified or outright revised several times without any content purges, the site's navigation is for crap as noted in the topmost of the two cartoons in ( this page of sketches. )
So since I'm anticipating having to close that site off in
[some value of foreseeable future], I'm contemplating my existing options for free-hosting-with-a-user-account (including purging this site's existing content and taking years to fill it again), and what rebooted mission the new fanfiction site might have, and how the cartoons' navigation ought to include both a chronological archive (such as the present site has)
and an order-posted archive (which the present site has only for "sketches") and maybe even tracks for each property like the navigation
David Morgan-Mar does.
