I can imagine how this lesson was learned, and am slightly disapointed you did not include a picture of said life lesson.

I'm afraid you're imagining something dramatic that never happened. It's just that, at least when the kids were young, I'd often go to the fridge with something that was too tall to fit on other than the top shelf, and find all the top shelf taken up by jars and margarine tubs.
