Obviously an episode I missed, but... Seville?

(Or is that a ref to "Two Doctors"? If so, I don't get it anyway...)

If I've got this straight, it is indeed a reference to 'The Two Doctors', but via an episode of the new series that hasn't aired in the States yet.

(It hasn't aired here yet either, but my spoiler-shield is a bit leaky.)
