Deathly Hallows

I commented in the theater a week and a half ago that Rupert has gotten taller than Daniel. Then in several passages in Deathly Hallows I noticed that Ron is described as taller than Harry. Causality?
page 285: Today he might have been thirteen years old again, the only one who collapsed on the Hogwarts Express. The midshipman who was sick at Spithead?
page 367: I ought've known where he'd find the sword.
Lupin's was the only death that seemed to surprise me. At first. But then, he had to be with the other three in the forest.
To anyone who didn't like the ending I would say, "There's no other way it could end."
I've been avoiding spoilers for this (unlike Doctor Who, since it's not nearly as impractical or burdensome to avoid cuts on your flist for five days as it is to avoid your whole fandom online for five months) so, if you've made any relevant remarks that you think are particularly clever and worth repeating, here's the place.
