Here toil in partnership two men: the one
Who loops through time, so always is alive;
The other, mortal, quick to pull a gun.
For sake of meeting minds the both do strive.
The gun, the frock: the twain do ever meet
Debating whether love or safety’s due.
Don’t fear the world explodes; they do the feat,
For all the things the hearts believe are true.

A falling asteroid in British sky;
A beast which hails of bullets feels no parts.
An idiot continues passing by.
A soldier fades, and leaves two broken hearts.
Yet always science leads and time has got
To be a decade’s half from now. Or not.
