Jan. 25th, 2015 05:32 pmDecided to start keeping up with all my webcomics again tomorrow after giving them up for about three months because reading them daily had got to feel like a chore. Once a month I've been catching up on particular favorites, and I did that today, and it struck me that the ones that aren't adventure or fantasy are basically Friends in four panel increments. I still stand by my resolution formed during the last years of Arthur, King Of Time And Space that another daily general interest webcomic project would be a mistake for me, but the web needs a slice-of-life comic about AARP members.

Great idea! Are you the man to draw it?

Date: 2015-01-26 12:49 am (UTC)It's true that that's what my cartoons were when I lived in Chicago (and Louisville), but that was before the internet made them common and my readership (and everyone else's) had a glut of them to choose from.
"Are you the man to draw it?"
Not in the foreseeable future; that's what I said above.
