Just a question: did you put the Studio Merlin in Arthur's color on the 10-30 strip on purpose?

That's not Merlin: no beard. (The Studio Merlin does appear, out-panel, in last week's LJ update.) It's in fact a cameo appearance by someone I greatly admire, and I'm disappointed (though not surprised) that no one's recognized him from my likeness.

Hm... well, leaving aside certain vitality issues, he's not bald so he's not George Burns... he has neatly combed hair, so he's not Stan Freberg... glasses and no mustache, so he's not Dick van Dyke...

... nope, haven't a clue.
