I'm coming to enjoy the Endeavor series... Partly because, as a fan of the original Morse, I know he will survive all the trouble he gets into as a young man, and won't die until his hair is white.

(I've been watching online, via the PBS Video website, and the still they chose for the ep's preview pic was from the final shot. So I might have been spoiled, but not really, because I didn't know the context until the very end).

It did occur to me, last night, that for a show about a British, urban, police force in the 1960s, certain public call boxes are conspicuous by their absence... ;-)
