So: the LJ Tweetmirror function (which I've been using about a week, since the first service I signed up for went toes up) posts the last 24 hours of twits, but doesn't necessarily post within 24 hours of its last post. I turned it off. I'm not going to do it manually every day, either. I don't think. I may on some days copy over some twits I think are particularly pithy, but if there's going to be an incomplete job done of it I'd rather decide for myself which parts get done. But overall I'm going to have to start actually journaling here more often, if I want it to be at all worth reading.
