Voting for a third party candidate to try to break down the two-party system is a great idea, but not in a presidential race. Here's a great argument for why not and when it is a good idea.
Declining to vote for Clinton on principle is a luxury you cannot afford. It's not about you any more. It's about keeping out of the White House a man who is too stupid to refrain from committing sedition on national television.
