The new majority leader in Congress is making a weekly session schedule that would have the reps working almost five days a week instead of, as last year, almost two. Last year's Congress was in session 103 days, which is less than "the famous Do Nothing Congress of 1948". Georgia Republican Jack Kingston has been quoted, "Keeping us up here eats away at families. Marriages suffer. The Democrats could care less about families -- that's what this says."
