Okay, so we have a K'zin, a... Puppeteer (maybe?) and some humans. Judging by their company, we may have a group shot of the first expedition to the Ringworld, making them Teela Brown and Louis Wu?

Yes! We all know it now, Jam is addicted to sci-fi novels!

The first time I read Ringworld, I pronounced Louis "Lou-ess". I was amused that in the sequel Niven clarified the procrastination by having another character refer to him while drugged, thus laboring over each sylable.
