16:18:51: Either the nap or the Zicam worked, because I ran some errands and still feel all right. Hope it lasts through four hours of class tonight.
17:05:02: Feels like the Zicam is wearing off. It has been four hours. But I only have one other dose and I want to save that for when class starts.
18:45:32: Class starts in a minute. Took the second Zicam about forty minutes ago.
